Isang sulat sa isang Kritiko

Sa aking pananaw hindi dapat natin madaliin ang pagbabago sa ating bayan. Walang bansa na nakakuha ng mabilis na pagbabago ng hindi dumaan sa madalim na sandali ng bansa nila. Halimabawa nalang dito ang Amerika bago nila nakamtan ang ganap na pagiging bansa nila ay dumanas sila ng bagsik sa kamay ng mga Briton at Isang civil war ang naganap.

Ang buong Pilipinas ay bumubuo sa mahigit sa 100 milyong tao na karamihan ay kulang ang edukasyon. Ang isang taong walang edukasyon ay walang alam sa sistema ng Pulitika (sunod lang sila sa agos) ang katwiran nila “Hindi ko buhay yan buhay nila yan” o dili naman kaya “Sila sila lang naman din dun bakit pa ko lalahok sa pagboto.”  Ano ang pinatuturing ko sa mga nabanggit ko? Ang punto ko ay kailangan natin isulong ang magandang edukasyon sa aitng mga kababayan. Makilahok tayo sa mga rally upang hikayatin ang gobyerno na bigyan ng libreng edukasyon ang lahat ng pilipino Mula sa pinakamamababang panimula hanggang sa kolehiyo. Sa ganitong paraan, ang mga pilipino ay magiging kapaka pakinabang na tao sa lipunan. Dahil dito magkakaroon sila ng kamulatan sa mga bagay bagay, lalo na sa sistema ng ating bayan. Wag kang magagalit sa akin ngunit kung may time ka magtanung ka sa isa sa mga naglalakd sa kalsada “isang tipikal na pinoy” itanong mo kung ano ang alam nila sa gawain ng Husgado, Presidente at ng Kongreso. Malamang hindi nila alam.

Ang sistema sa ating konstitusyon ay maganda, ngunit may mga punto dito na kailangan tuunan ng pansin ng mga mambabatas katulad ng “Political Dynasty” para itong switch na i on at off kailangan nilang bigyan ng ngipin bago ito ipatupad sa lahat. Alam natin na hindi mangyayari ito kung hindi tayo kikilos para ipaalam sa kanila na marami tayong tutol dito. Sa isang demokrasyang pamayanan kailangan ng pinakamaraming boto para bigyang diin o pabor ang isang bagay. Iyan ang sistema, Kung babasahin mo ang konstitusyon napaka ganda nito. Nagkakaroon lang ng pagkukulang sa implementasyon nito. Maraming punto ang ating konstitusyon ang nababalewala dahil sa mga gahaman nating mga pulitiko.

Isa sa halimbawa nito ay ang pagpapababa kay dating pangulong estrada:

Ang isang taong edukado ay hindi maloloko may kasabihang “Ang hindi alam ng utak, ay hindi nakikita ng mata” kaya dapat ipaalam natin sa tao ang hindi nila alam para silay lumahok sa gawain para sa kanilang bayan. Itoy ating makakamtan hindi sa tabak kundi sa panulat. Sa ngayon tulad ng ginagawa ng NDF hindi nila matatalo ang gobyerno natin dahil sa kakulangan sa pananalapi at lohistika. Saan sila kukuha ng bala? o supporta ng tao? Sa aking pananaw ang layunin at hangarin ng NDF ay hindi na napapanahon sa ating pamayanan kayat dapat silang gumawa ng pag balangkas upang mai uri sa panahon ang kanilang mga hangaring pambayan.

Masyado na ang epekto ng Kapitalismong pamamalakad sa ating bayan, mahirap na mabago ang takbo ng lipunan sa pamamagitan ng isinusulong ng NDF, kahit ako hindi ako pabor sa kanilang gustong mangyari na uring mangagawa at unring magsasaka ang magiging pangunahing tao sa lipunan. Ang mga aral ng kumunismo ng MAO ay hindi na napapanahon sa atin. Nasaan ang demokrasya? Nasaan ang kalayaan kong mamili ng gusto ko gawin? Mawawala ito sa isinusulong ng NDF. Kahit na anong galang mo o ano pang bait mo sa gawa sa salita at isip hindi kaya ng NDF na matanggal sa tao ang ganap niyang kalayaan.

Ang solusyon ay ang isang kumunidad o lipunan na hindi gumagamit ng kapitalistang pamamaraan, isang lipunanang pantay pantay at walang galit sa isat isa. Lahat pwedeng mong gawin sang ayon sa pinagkasunduang batas ng lahat. Isang lipunang hindi gumagamit ng pera. At ipinahiwatig ko na ito sa aking blog sa http://aarontestado.i.ph “Perfect Society” at perfect Humanity.

Hindi natin makukuha sa mabilisan at sa madahas na pamamaraan ang bagong sistema. Kaya dapat makilahok tayo sa ating bulok na gubyerno para mabago ito. Nasa tao ang pagtutulak ng bagong gobyerno at wala sa baril na isinusulong ng NDF.

Sana’y nabigyang linaw kita sa mga banggit ko dito sa sulat ko.

Ang Paghaharap ng mga kandidato sa Pagka Pangulo

Sa aking napanood kagabi sa ABS-CBN ay naging maganda ang takbo ng debate ng mga kandidato ngunit kapansin pansin na bakante ang isang pwesto sa unahan. Gayon pa man ay maayos ang pagkakabanggit ng mga tanong sa bawa’t kandidato ng ibat-ibang mga indibidwal, mayroon din konting katatawanan na pinangunahan ng dating pangulong Joseph Estrada. Ang bawat isa sa kanila ay naglahad ng kani-kaniyang platapormang pang pulitika. Ang mainit na mga katungang nangyayari sa Mindanao ang naging pangunahing usapan ng kanilang debate at isanama na rito ang ibat-ibang Gawain ng pangulo.

Sa ganitong paraan maipapakita o mailalahad ng mga kandidato ang kanilang mga balaking makatulong sa bayan kung sila ang maihalal na Pangulo sa susunod na taon.

Iisa isahin ko ang ang aking naging pag kilatis sa bawa’t isa, base sa aking napanood kagabi. Mga kaibigan ito po’y sa aking sariling pananaw lamang. Ito po ang mga ss:

Gibo Teodoro – Magaling ang kanyang naging pag sagot sa mga katanungan, wala akong nakitang pagkakabalisa habang siya’y sumasagot sa katanungan. Isa siyang matalinong tao at desente sa pagsagot ng mga tanong, gayon din naman sa pag trato niya sa mga katunggali. Malinis na gobyerno ang kanyang plataporma, ang kanyang mga basehan ay base sa actual facts o sa totoong sitwasyon ng bansa at hindi sa pangangako lamang inilaan ang kanyang mga basehan. Dahil din ito siguro sa kanyang katungkulan sa ngayon na Defense Secretary ng ating bayan.

Dating Pangulong Joseph Estrada – Siya’y masasabing “easy go lucky” bukod sa pagpapatawa ay mapapansin rin ang kanyang katandaan at sa aking palagay medyo may problema na ang dating pangulo sa pandinig. Subalit ang kanyang plataporma ay humahalintulad sa isang Makapangyarihan at malakas na gobyerno kung sakaling siya ulit ang maihalal na pangulo, ito ang aking nagging pananawa sa kanyang mga binitiwan na salita ukol sa mga tanong sa Mindanao. Ang ating nakitang pagkubkub sa mga base militar ng mga kaliwa sa Mindanao sa kanyang pamumuno ay naging marahas para sa mga kalaban. Isang bandila, isang gobyerno at isang diwa ang kanyang isinusulong. Ang kanyang buong loob na pagtulong sa mga mahihirap ay hindi maitatagi na nagtulak na kumandidato ulit.

Ginoong Perlas – Maganda rin naman ang kanyang mga naging pag sagot ngunit ang halos sa kanyang mga binaggit ay poot sa kasalukuyang pangulo, makikita ang kanyang pagiging magalang na sa lahat ng oras na aking napakinggan siya ay hindi ko na malimot ang salita PO at OPO sa kanyang mga sasabihin. Bagong Pilipinas ang kanyang plataporma, isang malinis at maayos na gobyerno ngunit duda ako kung magtatagumpay itong plataporma na ito dahil alam po naman natin na halos walongput limang porsyento ng ating gobyerno ay madumi ang pagpapatakbo. Marami siyang makakalaban pang pulitika kung uupo siya at magiging “WARZONE” ang Kongreso at Senado sa dami ng kanyang balak baguhin sa ating Gobyerno.

Ginoong Eddie Villanueva – Wala akong nakikitang pagkabalisa rin sa kanya sa pagharap sa mga tanong na ibinato sa kanya. Ang akin po lamang napansin ay ang kanyang pagiging makadiyos. Na sa kanyang pagkakaupo sa unang araw; kung sakaling siya ang maihalal na pangulo ay maglalabas siya ng executive order para sa pagpapasalamat sa diyos. Wala akong nakikitang pangit doon, siya’y handang mag resign kung magkakasala ang kanyang Pamilya sa taong bayan iyan ang kanyang sinabi na salita.

Ginoong Dick Gordon – Kamay na bakal at isang masigabong pagpupursige na baguhin ang sistemang pang Pamahalaan iyan ang aking nakita sa kanyang mga plataporma. Maunlad na Pilipinas sa pamamagitan ng bayanihan nating lahat at ang pagbaklas ng populasyon sa Maynila sa pamamagitan ng pagkakaroon ng mga kumikitang karatig bayan ang kanyang isusulong kung siya ang palarin na maging pangulo. Ako namay naniniwala sa kanyang sinabi dahil nakita na natin ito sa subic at alam natin siya ang nag palago dito. Isang maayos na sistema ng kumunidad namay disiplina at may paggalang sa batas. Ngunit sa kabilang banda marami rin tumutuligsa sa kanyang pamamalakad dahil ang mga Pilipino ay hindi na sana’y sa isang mahigpit na pamamalakad.

Senador “Noynoy” Aquino – Maayos na pagsagot sa mga katanungan walang paligoy ligoy at tumpak na matalinong pag sagot sa mga katanungan ang kanyang ipinamalas kagabi. Makikita ang pagiging demokratiko niya maging sa kanyang pagsasalita, kumakatawan din sa isang maayos na pamamalakad ang kanyang gobyerno at nakikita ko ang kanyang inang si Pangulong Cory Aquino sa kanyang mga binitawan na salita.

Konsehal JC Delos Reyes – Isang tapat at nakababatang kandidato ang aking nakita sa kanya, isang siyang batang-batang Politiko sa larangan ng pagtakbo sa pagkapangulo, mababanaag ang kanyang malamlam at medyo kabadong pagsagot sa mga katanungan. Ngunit hindi maitatangi ng mga nakatatanda sa kanya na ang pag asa ng bayan ay sa aming mga kabataang nakalaan. Maganda ang Plataporma niya ang pagbasura sa Political Dynasty at pagkakapantay pantay ng tao sa pangalan ng batas.

Lahat ng tatakbo sa pagkapangulo ay maganda ang hangarin para sa bayan. Nasa atin pong mga kamay bilang mga botante ang pagkakaluklok sa kanila. Malayo pa po ang eleksyon at mabibigyan po tayo ng  panahon na pag nilay nilayan ang mga plataporma ng ating mga kandidato. Tayo po’y bumoto ng tama nang sa gayon ay makausad na po ang ating bayan. Gamitin po natin ang ating isip at puso sa pagpili ng ating susuportahang kandidato dahil, hindi po makukubli na sa ating pag pili at pagboto sa eleksyon nakasalalay ang susunod na mga taon ng ating bayan. Sa mga mananalo sa darating na halalan nakasalalay muli ang tatahaking bukas n gating bayan. Panahon po ito na pairalin natin ang ating pagiging makabayan ng sa gayon ay mailaan natin ang isang maunlad na kinabukasan para sa ating mga anak sa pamamagitin ng ating maayos na pagboto.

Philippine Agricultural Slowdown

We are once a rice bowl of Asia who taught our Asian counterpart how to propagate different kinds of rice and now we are lagging behind. According to the Manila Bulletin, Wed. December 2, 2009 edition, our Asian Counterpart is ready to give us a rice boost. Well this is good because they are ready to supply us rice for our hungry people. In my insights we are capable to feed ourselves on our own arable land, our country just need proper technology and government assistance for farmers. Our farmers are lagging behind because of high prices of siblings and seeds excluding the “abono” fertilizers. Some of our farmers are not farming their own land; it either they are sharing or their own land is in the mortgage because life in the rural area are difficult. The government must develop a proper market for produce of our local farmers, because they cannot keep up with international prices as they are not capable to produce bulk supply. Our Agricultural Industry needs proper logistics supply from government like machineries and vehicles for farming.

Some people in our government are happy to import rice from other country because of the incentives or profit they can make from the transaction. But then they don’t think how many people will suffer from hunger or even die from the said transaction, for them money satisfies all their needs disregarding economic pride of our country and the losses of thousands of our farmers. Selfishness and inhumane agenda of these individuals in our government put us all in future havoc, economically and even politically. For me they should be hang in public places or stand on a firing squad, for the justice of our farmers who suffer decades of slavery and inhumane treatment.

Political dynasty is one the problem in the Agricultural Industry because most of this dynasty are corrupt, thus the capability of our farmers to grow is halted by this corruption. Every 2 or 3 years we are hit by strong typhoons coming from Pacific Ocean or even South China Sea, when farmers struck by this typhoons they are in need of financial support from their respective governors and congressman but sadly on 15% of help being drawn to them sometimes nothing. They are lucky if the International communities are concern and focus on the news that they will receive 35% of help from the government and other country. Most of the financial help are being put in the pocket of some individuals in power, and thus result on slowing down of prosperity from the side of the Agricultural Industry. Large entities in the Agri market are being subject for more government incentives financially and politically, but Small entities of farmers are being subject for mostly financial slavery. Thus this is why some are being drawn to join the communist and fight for their rights and will result for more government headache.

From the Spanish rule up to this day our LOCAL FARMERS are still slaves of their LANDLORDS and until now that we have our own government, still they are lagging behind; still they suffer from maltreatment.

Squatters are all over our metropolitan areas because the farming communities in the rural are coming in the urban area to search for better pastures. That for them being at Manila is like a dream come true. Having 150 pesos – 350 pesos (about $3 - $7) a day job is good than earn 30 pesos – 90 pesos (about a Cent – $ 1.40 ) a day from their Landlords in the rural and provinces. Labor laws in the Philippines are not properly implemented even in the rural areas that such an incident on Salary cannot be address by the government because of lack of funds. Philippines is a developing country as far as the international communities are concern but for me Philippines are going to collapse sooner or later because our country cannot address the needs of small entities in our society as the bigger (Rich ones) ones in the government are getting bigger (Richer). The people someday will realize that enough is enough for these kinds of treatment.

I Love my country, I love to visit the North – Western Provinces of Luzon as the roads are properly pave and the farming land is being properly watered by big dams. Although poverty is still rampant you can easily say that the farmers are contented by just looking in their small farms and rice paddy. People there are hospitable, happy, religious and courteous. Political dynasties still exist over there but Politician there still has heart to give help for their people. They have also bad habits but as far as people are concern; people are happy because basic services are being implemented immediately.  (Includes Abra, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Mountain province and Baguio.)

On the other side which includes Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Cagayan Valley and Apari. The condition basic transportation and communication facilities are very bad “OUTRAGEOUS” Roads are muddy and you can see different sizes of stones, you will not imagine that you are in the present century. It’s like you are in the time of the Late George Washington or Jose Rizal maybe. People there are lacking schools and colleges, illiterate individuals are rampant and that is very sad they are subject for fraud and maltreatment. The saddest part of this 95% of them are farmers, they need support from our government as far as I am concern. The land lords mostly in control of the farming areas because some farmers are being fraud by these land lords. People there also suffers political violence because of different clans are fighting for Power even in the Local village election, vote buying still rampant everywhere and everyone knows it including me. Who will stand on gunpoint to prevent this not even me, Illegal firearms are still everywhere, the communist still in operation in different areas. It’s a beautiful place out there but sadly no improvements on their living because of these problems.

When will be the time that the Greedy People stop Being Greedy!? When will be the time that Dynastic rule will be eliminated in our country. I will pray for that time to come soon…..

The Perpect Society

Will this be possible? Well that is the all time question of some Philosophers, there are many questions crumbling in their mind. There is this Anarchism, Communism, Capitalism, Democracy, Commonwealth and their combination. There is no such PERFECT in this world because we are all humans; this point of view is what most people said to me if I asked them about this society. Where simply humans! We are not perfect!

Even though we are not perfect and we made mistakes, how about try this new Communism? Well that’s good let implement this in Soviet Russia!

Well as of this day USSR is gone in the past, there are so many mistakes and it falls like a fireball in the sky it only takes a year to kill the Russian Communism. What went wrong? USSR is the most advance Society in their time where the head of the Social Pyramid are workers!

Oh! Wait! I saw China! He is the sleeping Giant but currently he is awake now! He also practicing communism. Look at his super Economy! Did you know that Shanghai use to be a fishing village? Now it is a major City for just two decades. Wow! That’s Good!

Opps look at his Natural resources? What the heck is that? Environment? China’s environment is one of the worse in asia. From Pollutants down chemical contaminants, 35% of China is polluted already.

That’s bad! Yes!

Making a new system of society is problematic, worse and some says it’s insane. Some put up their arms and rebel! Many will be displacing from their homes, some will be killed in the rebellion, and others will be just victims. These are the sad part of making a new order of society, but for me this should be put to an end there are to many killing and rebellions happened to our world up to this day. All we have to do is practice understanding, Stop unselfish acts and become part of the change.

Why we should change our current society?

1.       Because capitalism is against the Holy Bible,

2.       Because money is the source of all evil.

3.       Because earth resources is going to scarce.

4.       Because low class people in our society is being exploited and this is in humane.

5.       Only the capitalist are gaining and most of us are their slaves.

6.       People all over the world are enough of war.

7.       Workers and farmers are starting to revolt

8.       Rich become richest and Poor become poorest.

9.       Earth is not Forever! We need to survive

10.   Education should be free for all

And there are more and more and more!!!

Well the solution is the peaceful means to transfer our way of life to true communism.

Let us abolished money and class base society, Promote democracy and limit freedom. Opps! Did I read “LIMIT FREEDOM” yes we should limit freedom and lets have laws to follow. Freedom is dangerous if we don’t limit it, let’s work and thus we should build greener workplace for all of us. We should build school colleges and churches for free. Let us assign work to each other. Security, Law makers, Leaders, Teachers, Workers, Scientist and so on…. All citizen should experience all level of professional field and not by their choice, it should be learned all. This is a perfect society let us classify what they want and what they want to be come in the future. All idea should be important to the whole society itself. Let’s practice democracy in our laws and let vote for our leaders.

The Southern Philippine Massacre

The massacre in Mindanao is inhumane, Satanic and barbaric in the History of Philippine Politics at 20^th century. The victims are the member of media, civil groups and supporter of the Mangudadatu’s clan; these are all civilians without arms to fight. I don’t even imagine how they do such terrible thing, are they Human? Or a cannibal maybe?  Or they are in the influence of illegal drugs.

Killing almost 50 people in one setting is playing God! Who are they shooting people just like ducks? What went wrong? This is a good question!

Well it went out that here in the Philippines Political clans exist, even though the 1987 Philippines constitution said, on Article II Section 26: Declaration of Principles at State Policies, “The State shall guarantee equal access to opportunities for public service and prohibit political dynasties as may be defined by law.”

It prohibited the Political Dynasty but it said “as may be defined by law” which means congress should act for this so that they will pass a law to stop political dynasties. In the Philippines there are dynasties everywhere from Northern Luzon down to Southern Tip of Mindanao. They are still on the sits of leadership, they don’t want to stop grasping for power because; Power as define by Lord Acton ” Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men.”

Sadly, my countrymen we are facing the truth that still 95% of the Philippines are still under a single individual family rule. The examples are these: “Hello I am the Father! I am the Congressman, their Grandfather is a Senator, my wife is a Governor then my two siblings are Mayors of my wife district!” Or we can make it more locally like this one: “Hello I am Mayor Defacto, my wife is a councilor, my three uncles are barangay captains and by the way my son want to be a mayor too in the future!” I’m sorry for these readers but its true and one of the votes that put them in their position is given by you.

Now back to the massacre, according to the news it went out that Mangudadatu’s wanted to be ahead in the Political Arena in their Province that they said the Ampatuan’s don’t like it. These two families by the way are related on each other by intermarriages but now they are fighting for the Power in their districts. It went out that its just 50 people are killed by who???  The news said by the Private armies of the “respective” suspect clans.  After the Marcos Era, grabbing of Political power from one another is very common, because some politician used the people for their own advantage. This is true that some rallies are being paid by an unknown individual to support one political personality, 75% of the Philippines masses are below poverty line that’s why people are tend to go in the rallies for money to buy food and other basic needs. The news also said that some people that have been killed are just passing by, they are just in the wrong moment when the private army fired at the Mangandadatu’s convoy, they can be a witness to the scene that’s why they are also killed.

The massacre itself should have not been take place if the congress make a law limiting political dynasties, these kind of governance should stop or there will be more satanic scenes will take place again and again every political election. People should be the master in the kind of society we have but it looks like they are (Politician) our masters, ashamed should be in this politician for the hell is ready for them for their wrong doings.

Make a step toward this incident congress; I summon them to pass a law for the protection of our society and the people itself. Politician and government entity should be put on their right place in the society, they are servant not Masters. The people are not a pest that you can kill like that, we have a constitution to respect things and we have the law to give teeth so that everyone will be respected for their rights and beliefs. Under the constitution all men have equal that their rights should be protected by the state at all cost, what about that incident? Are the men that loss their lives are being protected?

No! Because the law makers are cowards and useless they are just there busy classifying schools and renaming streets.

How about act selflessly for your country? The countries we know are already sold for foreigners because useless people are in our congress! I am very mad about that! Even if my life will be exchange for the freedom of my country I will do it! I will act selflessly for the future of my beloved country.

People want change in the system of governance; they are not slaves and servant, they are tired vending on the street, they are tired of being ignorant, they are tired of being poor, they are tired to vote useless congress and law makers, they are tired to serve the people in power. People need proper leadership, they need unsurpassable amount of education, they need work and jobs, they need proper medical care, they need overwhelming food for their family, they need a new system of governance and they are in need of what our current leaders needs.

Leaders, give the needs of your constituents for they deserve it. Not what you want for them but what they want for them. Be an example in every aspect of your life, for life here on earth are limited so make a full of it on doing good as you can. We are not perfect, we also make mistakes. Mistakes, if always repeated is sign of uselessness but when it was learned it was not uselessness but Wisdom!

The Filipino Setting

I saw people on the streets as I am above at the 2^nd floor of the building. I wonder how my countrymen moving around the streets.

Motorcycles and cars alike are going crazy side by side; I think it’s because of the busy schedule of my countrymen. I saw a kid vending a banana on a stick (Banana cue) then while he’s doing that he is drinking a cup of juice then he throw the cup on the street. An officer (traffic officer) on the other hand are restlessly swaying his hand pointing for direction and guiding people when to cross, while the vehicles are moving crazy. The sidewalks are occupied by cars and jeepneys that’s why people are using the motorway for sidewalks. Some did not know that the sidewalks are meant for people and not for vehicle parking. A child around five years old is playing near the streets as the vehicles are passing by restlessly.

The local government on the other hand has implemented a traffic regulation to protect lives of people and to discourage restless drivers, but what is sad, it is not properly implemented. Implementation is the problem nowadays as people saw it as harassment because they are not use to it. Public utility driver who, in someway violated a certain regulation use to pay hideously at the traffic officer than to pay for the ticket because of the long lines at the payment center. PUV driver are busy that they cannot wait for a long line because they have a stomach to feed and a vehicle to pay for the boundary (daily payment for a public vehicle if the driver is not the owner of the said vehicle).

While on the other hand people don’t know about garbage problem because they lack information about what may happen to their environment, some or mostly know about it but the problem is lack of available trashcan at public places and on the streets. These are the problems we are facing my countrymen.

I visited some country abroad and I saw my countrymen as followers, they are unique and different from other foreigners as they are mostly aware about a certain regulation abroad. They followed traffic regulations and the law but they are aware that in their own country this is not the case.

I am saddened about the gravity of the situation here in the Philippines, Sometimes I am thinking that the government is allowing people what they want to do. This is a place of anarchy with certain laws. We are expressing our freedom dominantly than of the government impose laws on us. I am not here to just write a story about what went wrong on the Philippine setting. I write this so that others will know what I can see that others can’t.

I saw people in the government tolerating this problem for their political advancement. But my teacher told me that “Country first before myself” because it is not our own advancement will push this country but with political will, our own initiatives and our binding as one nation……..We hand on hand can create a great nation.

Philippine Flood

Our house is flooded only roof is keeping up here in Rizal, Philippines. As the typhoon crosses our province, me and my family fled to the hillside by the farm, we risk ourselves crossing a 150 meters farming land near the creek, the water is rushing sideways we choose to crossing it  than to die helpless in the subdivision. It was an extraordinary experience and I don’t want it to happen again to my family. My wife is pregnant but I still manage to calm her as we walk at the side of the farm. I organized our group by two’s so that when one can’t manage to get up the other one would help. We use our head not our heart, we tend not to cry or murmur our loss we just saves ourselves than rescuer save us.

This is a loud call to our countrymen to stop throwing garbage and stop polluting our waterways, stop cutting trees, stop mining the hills for minerals that money can buy. This is a matter of self responsibility to live by the right ways and in line with Mother Nature.

For our government please stop spending people’s money in non sense self- agenda. Disperse our money in proper way, put more money to stop global warming, produce more food, health, education and utilities such us boats, amphibian trucks, helicopters with real instrument for stormy weather. For your information our Defense has a little air logistics for all out rescue effort, we have many helicopters but only a few can deploy on stormy condition. Almost all can’t fly because they don’t have a good avionics system for stormy weather.  The ratio of air-logistics is 1 helicopter: 10,000 people and may be more. 1 boat is to 1000 people. It is very poor.  I was sadden because thousand of government money is spend to buy guns that enemy can acquired. I heard a story to one military person a master sergeant in the army that they killed an enemy in cotobato whose gun with a serial number and tag of the Philippine Army.

People are powerless because most of the government logistics is stuck on the road. All in all I can say that they do their best, our brave army, NGO’s, Rescuer, Volunteer and other people who involve their selves on effort to help us. We thank them very much but still I can say we have the people to help but we don’t have a proper tool to do it.

Communication is down on the day of the storm, clean water and food can’t be deliver because most of the government logistic is in line with the road (on the ARMY 6X6 truck), road are flooded 10X as the normal flooding, some looters are still roaming because most of the police are in line with rescue efforts, rich and poor alike still waiting on their rooftop to be save by the rescuer. The rescue effort is gone wild because of the yield of the area; it is almost 1 rescuer is to 100 people. It is a total disaster for urban area like Pasig City, Cainta, Angono, San Mateo, Markina City and many more.

The Perfect Humanity

We humans the most sophisticated species on Earth, but sadly many don’t know it. We build our society in the foundation of materials from earth but not on advantage we can get. We get the minerals from our planet, and then we sell it to factories, afterwards we sell it again but now as commodities. From there starts the whole process of trading, business and services. We work for money, because we need to buy services and commodities for our satisfaction needs. In that manner, do we simply think? The whole process will be repeated unlimited times without your knowing.  What can we get in that process? Our Technology advances triumphantly in this process but still lacking; it is not our full potential. We simply destroying our planet for the materials and minerals we can get, excluding the residue in the process “The garbage” we polluted our planet from our materialistic style of society and therefore destroying other species including their habitat and biological cycles. In return we suffer from dreaded new diseases and viruses, as other species contradicting this viruses are in a process of extinction. We don’t even know how many species are in extinction level every month or every year as there are millions of species here on earth from early discoveries and to other we don’t even knows exist. In this sense we are building our future for extinction too as we harvest the earth minerals not for our survival but for our materialistic needs.

Other says that is the “free world” as long as you have money you can have anything, and I say we just follows the old way of society. We humans are intelligent and we know there will be an end for everything. How about acting for a full responsibility for this?

In the future there will be no free water as we would like it to be sold on the market. In the Future there will be no materials we can buy to build our neither houses nor computers, cars, planes because all things will be scarce. In the future there will be no new technology and in that future there will be no human for the whole earth is like planet mars, full of sand and stones. Poor Greedy Human Society! They are on their peak; even they know how, they don’t act!!!  And that’s SELFISHNESS!

Now, this is the good part! Do you watch star trek? Or other sci-fi movies exploring the whole galaxy for life and new home planet like our own earth, achieving that ideology we must first have one common interest and a common lifetime goals. We must know how to have a helping hand for others; friends and enemy alike.  Develop our technology without considering money and lift peoples lives without working too much. Feed every nation without the burden of where to work or how. We Human must learn all for free.  This is the new generation of governance for the betterment of the society.

We must first consider having a better leader a truly elected leader. Then we must be a good follower to our chosen leader. Government will just implement governance no money involves. People wouldn’t have to worry about money because there is no money all is free as long as we all work together, no worries for food, or other necessity. The whole pie will be divided in all and the advancement of human is limitless. People can learn anything because you can be anything, you can be a teacher, engineer or a doctor. All work can be learned; the manager in an organization will be chosen by their skills and long standing in the line of work. If you want a cell phone you can work for a while in a mobile manufacturer. Schools and educational institutions will not be collecting any money from their students anymore because its free all their research will focus in the advancement of our life.  Free world, for all houses can be built by every one without having to pay a penny. In this manner our world resources will be put to important things and not because of money. No more poor family all will be equal as free people. A system of New Governance will be implemented.  On that day we humans can achieve everything we want to be in the universe. We can go anywhere; we can build big space vehicles for us to conquer new worlds in space.

We can conquer the moon, all the planets and galaxies. I believe that if we have the power to rejuvenate our current government systems and society itself we can beat any problems lies ahead as humans. I hope one day this will come true, the price will be great but the future are fruitful for us humanity.

RP Government Wrong Spending

This past few months all TV media broadcasting network playing an Infomercials of different Government officials informing people about their achievements and information about certain types of government services. Critics’ sight this as spending money of the taxpayer they even want it to be banned and make this Gov. Officials explained at the Senate. Frankly speaking most of the infomercials being played are inappropriate and thus wrongly spending the peoples money. It just makes them known to the people as we all know the election is coming in the near 2010.

According to Inquirer.net on their Aug. 25, 2009 website news edition 218 Millions of pesos are already being spent on the infomercials. As we all know our impoverished country have so many problems from Economy down to Pollution. Now the Supreme Court; last December 2008 wanted the Manila Bay be cleaned up for the betterment of the People of manila so that sea plants and animals will thrive again the vicinity of the bay, this was in answer for the filed case of UP Atty. Tony Oposa . Citing again the  Aug 25, 2009 inquirer report, Atty. Oposa wanted all involved to be detain for lack of action in cleaning of the Manila bay and he wanted them all to be jailed in The New Bilibid Prison or at Manila City Jail.

That’s a simple question!

I as a voter will not vote for this People dispensing Tax Payers Money as it is their Money. Peoples Money should be pour in Projects for the betterment of the People and Environment like cleaning up Manila bay and not on non-sense government commercials.

Political aspirants who are now holding any government position spending Tax payer’s money for their own purpose, for the coming election will not do GOOD at the government if they are elected on the Higher Position.

Let’s Vote wisely for the Betterment of the Philippines….

Ang hangin ay malakas habang ang araw ay unti-unting bumababa sa mga luha ng dagat. Dumidilim ang langit na ani mo’y lalamunin ang
lahat ng nasa parang. Pero saan ka tatakbo? Magkukulong sa iyong bahay? Sa
bagyong malakas ika’y sasabay sa iyong hangganan kahit na ano ang iyong gawin
ay haharapin mo kanyang bagsik at tatanggapin mo ang kanyang sakit. Paano ba
mabuhay sa mundong magulo? Masagot man ito ay marami paring tanong sa paligid
ng tao.

Maalaman mo ba ang mga taong bumubuo ng buhay mo sa mahabang
panahon? Kilalanin natin ang isang taong ito? Isang bata, walang muwang sa
mundo ang alam ay ang masayang pamumuhay at nang siya’y magising ay namulat at
nakitang ang kulay ng mundo. Balikan man nya ang kahapon ay hindi niya
mabibigyang kasiyahan ng buhay dahil nakita na nya ang sekreto ng mundo. Saan
ka magsisimula kung mahulog ka sa balong malalim? Malalim at alam mong walang
hihila sa iyo kundi ang iyong kapalaran? Taglay mo man ang buhay na walang
hanggan ay hindi mo maabot ang gusto ng iyong puso dahil sa walang hanggan
nitong taglay. Pagkatapos mong makamit ito saan ka na? Hindi ba wala? Ikay
mapapagod lamang at maghihintay ng iyong wakas ngunit hindi ito darating.

Maupo ka isang bubong at iyong makikita ang buhay mong
taglay sa bawat sulyap sa parang ay iyong maaaninag ang mga araw na nagdaan sa
iyong buhay, simula ng sumikat ang araw sa silangan at kung paano ito bababa sa
likod ng mga bundok. Isipin mong maiigi kung bakit bundok at hindi tubig doon
mo lang ako maintindihan. Sa pagkakataong ito ilapit mo ang aninag ng iyong
isipan sa mga palay at makikita mong mayroon na silang taglay na butil, maiisip
mo kung paano ka natututo sa mundo na parang bigas. Tingnan mo ang bukid sa
malayo, makikitang mong magkakatulad sila ng itsura kahit na iba-iba sila ng
sukat. Pero silang lahat ay parepareho sila’y pinag buhusan ng pawis upang ang
tao’y may makain sa araw araw ng buhay nya sa ilalim ng araw. Ganyan ang buhay
ng tao isang kahig isang tuka kahit na sabihin mong ikaw ang pinaka mayaman sa
mundo.

Masdan mo ang mga hayop sa iyong paligid walang muwang.

silang bata sa mundo na napaka kritikal, hindi nila
iniisip ang para sa bukas dahil alam nila na ang kailangan nila para bukas ay
makukuha sa paligid. Samantala ang tao ay nagiimpok ng kanyang makakain hindi lamang para bukas kundi sa
buong taon. Yan ang kaibahan ng hayop at tao, ang tao’y kukunin nya ang lahat
para sa ikakapanatag ng kanyang puso ngunit ang hayop ay kuntento sa kanyang
sarili.

Sisirain mo ba ang iyong sarili upang masunod ang lahat ng
batas pang relihiyon? Hindi ba ang tao’y hindi perpekto maging ang mga banal ay
nagkakasala rin? Gayon pa man ay pinipilit ng tao na magtago sa likod ng
relihiyon upang matakpan nya ang dungis ng kanyang buhay. Dahil dito nagiging
magulo ang mundo, kahit na ang tao’y isang espeye ay hindi nagiging ganun dahil
sa pagkakawatak watak sa pananaw at grupo. Isipin mo maigi ang mundo ng
pagkakaisa at kung papano tatakbo ang mundo ng ganoon. Maabot natin ang ganap
nating pagunlad na hindi nakita sa lahat ng espesye ng mundo.

Nasaan ka na bata sa iyong paglalakbay? Maaninag mo ba iyong
hinaharap? Ikaw ba’y takot o magiging mapusok? Isipin mo na ang bawat butil ng
luha na lumabas sa iyong mata ay may katumbas na bagong pag-asa, ano mang hirap
sa pinagkalagyan mo ngayon ay tandaan na may bukas pang darating. Umasa sa mga
oras na walang pag-asa, magsikap na maging marangal sa anumang paraan. Mabuhay
ng tiwasay at sikaping maging makulay ang yugto ng iyong buhay. Ibaon mo sa limo tang kahapon at magsimula
muli dahil ang araw ay sisikat muli hindi sa araw ng ngayon dahil iyon ay tapos
na kundi para sa araw ng bukas.

Isiping mo ang mga sanga ng puno at makikita mo ang
pagkakaugnay ng bawat tao sa mundo. Dahil ginawa nya ang bawat isa at
hinulmahan nya ng kanyang kawakasan. Akala ng bata ay bawat galaw ng kanyang paa
sa mundo at bawat naisin ng kanyang puso at gawa nya. Iyan ay isang malaking
kahangalan dahil ang puno ay hindi tatayo ng walang nagtanim sa kanya sa
anumang paraan. Ang bawat isa sa atin ay walang katulad sa tamang oras at sa
tamang pagkakataon.

Kaya bata maging masaya ka at tanggapin mo mga pagsubok mo
sa mundo maging mahapdi man at masakit. Gawin mong makulay ang iyong buhay dahil
iyon ang parte mo sa buhay. Buhay na hindi natin pinili ngunit heto tayo ay
humihinga at nagpapasalamt sa buhay.

Reaction to SONA of President Macapagal Arroyo

            The state of the nation address tackles important aspect of our government systems, specifically financial stability, poverty, corruption and development of our country. For my own views this is the first time I feel that the president is serious about things she does for our country. Global recession is like a tsunami and it’s true that we can now feel it on rising of oil and food prices. She said that we must help each other, pay our taxes, stop partisan politics and promote reconciliation. She also said the billions of pesos spent for renovation and development of key economic components such as transportation, energy, food, jobs, health, insurance, loans, and other areas. She wants VAT to be implemented and the oil deregulations law stays. On the first time ever I feel her warm eagerness to uplift the Philippines in its financially down economy.

The economy of the Philippines is booming but hurting OFW, small earners, simple worker and farmers. Prices of fuel and food are going high everyday but we must know that this problems are worldwide it’s not because our president is corrupt. It’s because fuel specifically oil prices are very high at world market. The financial tsunami hit every country in different ways. It’s good to know that even this recession is now here in our country we afford to fight it and it came to us smoothly because of the economic reforms the president does. Let’s look this way, our president without questioning her legitimacy is in the right place and the right moment in time to fight this global economic tsunami because she is an economist.

I disagree with her in the aspect of Agrarian reform because the problem is not specifically on how much she allocate in the development in agrarian reform but the corruption is taking place in provinces and distribution of funds. It’s clear that some of these funds are given away not in the hands of farmers but in the hands of greedy politicians in the provinces. I disagree on the basis of helping Filipino poor by receiving money to bridge their everyday life. She must focus on long-term aspect and not just short term help for the poor. There was a saying that, instead giving fish to a man, teach him how to fish and this man will never be hungry again for the rest of his life. She must teach the poor how to fish, likewise she must develop a pond and fishing areas like, factories, companies and not just building it but manage it. Promote our products abroad so that there will be a strong market for our products. Improve our technology and focus in the production of our own arable lands.

My views regarding her legitimacy is still questionable but times like this we must support her and make our sacrifices. We must lift together and not drag each other or else we will fall as one nation on our own doings. Let us just gear for tsunami for now and question her legitimacy in 2010 elections. Vote wisely.

Scenery on the top of a hill

            When I was 10 years old I like going to have an adventure seeing different place in our town like scouting the river bank, roaming around and my favorite is seating on the tower on the top of the hills. Hiking to the top is difficult but when you get on the top, it pays off. As you approach the very near of the peak, you will feel the heat of the sun as it rises up and feel the cool breeze of the wind hitting your face and back. It was a very comfortable moment. Lastly, taking the stairs to the top of the tower; it was built there as a landmark and I want seeing place from there. Scenery on the tower is remarkable, you can see schools, malls, houses, subdivisions, resorts, the lake, and many more. You can feel as if you can hold the world at your hand and it brings me the feeling of success. When you are up there you can dream whatever you want to be in the future, it’s a place where I can generate new Ideas.

 
Other people like my relatives and friends find it boring because they don’t saw it as I did. Because when I’m there I don’t just focus on the scenery I focus in the landscape and asking myself what causes this beautiful landscape to be like this today. I research on the history and geography of the area and what I found out was our town is seating on a dormant volcano and its hole is at the bottom of the lake. It’s quite amazing and terrifying but it’s true.

  
People and nature are fighting each other, a feud that always results nature as successor. We humans are busy building concrete buildings, houses, places, bridge, roads, developing new technology, researching for new innovation and so on. Besides this advancement we remain an important part of nature because I think human are here on earth to protect nature itself and not destroying it.
   

            Going back on the top, I saw a limestone mining facility CONCRETE AGGREGATES and it keep digging our hills converting it to concrete use for building roads and houses. Not far a way is a heritage site it is a cave that is believes to be a resting area for animal breeders way back 5000 years ago, where you can see a petroglyphs markings of a frog, birds, snake, humans and many more. The Ice age old heritage site is near on its end, because of the effects of the blasting from the near mining site.

            Well on my back was a subdivision built for human residential and leisure place. A big golf course and a hotel are being built at the excavated part of the top of the hills. Rich people and businessman meet there for fun and not wittingly knowing that their playing grounds was once a nesting ground for different birds, wild boar Philippine dear, other animals and a place where the Itas (native aborigines) called their lands. The subdivision was build and construct for housing but 12 years has past and only below 20 buildings was built, it includes houses and leisure area. Now most of the roads there was grassland.  It was the sadness part here because we humans are keep developing lands for our own pleasure and yet we eliminate what is left for nature. On my front, you can see a beautiful big lake but its now dirty and its water has a grayish color, because most the sewage system of towns, mining facility, agricultural area and other industry in the region was tapped to the river that builds the lake. Another problem are start to rise now when our province use to developed an industrial area in the lake itself, some people on our government approve the reclamation of the lake which is to be on the protected on the law.

            Most of the time people are happy to be in places like this because of the scenery but for me even I want to I can’t because I saw it differently. I can see the bad part of human greed and their unfulfilled heart that keep them destroying their environment. We build and developed lands for our own course but we keep destroying places for living things. Now I can say truly that money is the source of all evil on earth.

            On the top of the hill I can generate new Ideas and fulfill my eyes desire but my heart is in grief and my mind is in the state of questioning. Why other people don’t see what I see when I put attention on the landscape. We produce more that we should eat…

Human being are in the peak of its technology now airplane manufacturer like Airbus unveiled its new product Airbus 380 last 2 years ago and now it the only airplane that suit in the Cruiser class Airplane. Mean while Boeing are developing new 7E7 dream liner making it their first class of planes with advance systems, systematic approach, a cabin with cleanest air to breathe and fully digital computer controls.

Computers on the other hand is advancing rapidly 10 years ago computer manufacturer are looking for speeds and reliability now that dream came true. IC’s and computer chips are getting smaller and cheaper. Software is being developed faster by tapping it on the web. I can say today with our current technology you can just buy and OS for your PC and an internet connection and you’re on the go. New lines of computer are being produce on form of hybrid mobile phones and computers in the invention of the 3G technology people can now surf, email, use desktop publishing and other application on the internet anytime anywhere.

With the advancement of computers and electronics Airplanes are much easier to use like you’re driving an automobile on the road with the innovation of avionics systems by tapping it on advance software and hardware design. Airplanes can now land and take off without pilot and the only human intervention is by controlling in case of emergency. The use of the GPS has astonishing results on pilot side because now pilot can see where they are on the map without computing any degrees or plotting in his map. Instrumentation becomes more accurate and always updated. Aircraft avionics and systems problem can  now be detected immediately by laptops in the cockpit. Now Aircraft manufacturer is busy putting a cellular network on board, these are only a bit of the advancement today because I also research that Aircraft manufacturer are in the feud of making their passenger comfortable by making a digital cabin roof  with HD LCD displaying what is on outside. Want more? On the development of new cushions and beds fir for airplanes, airlines is not just an airlines business anymore they are now engaging in the hotel class services. With these kinds of innovations we can expect a unique fully digital, fully automated, safe and comfortable aircraft in the near future.

Imagine in the future you are in New York and you are going to the Airport traveling abroad. Now via SMS/Bluetooth you arrange a taxi cabs for you, on the way you’re tracking your ticket and travel plan by handheld cell phone computers, Google earth the location of your destination and sending your friends and relatives messages by email. Then soon after you arrive at the airport you paid taxi cab via cell phone/ pin code of your transplant chips instead of cash. Inside the airport, security and immigration officers already check your identity. By the time you enter at the airport main entrance, they scan your transplant chip inside your body. No passport is needed so you don’t have to wait long, lining up to the immigration officer. You are now on the way to departure area, while you are walking your cell phone receives a Bluetooth data says there your flight time, name of your airline and in what departure area you have to wait. While you are waiting you are enjoying cool music also from your mobile computer with 10 terabytes of space 500GB of memory ram and a super high speed internet connection transmitting it via Bluetooth radio frequency for your headphone. Wow that’s cool… Now waiting time is finished you receive another Bluetooth data saying you can now aboard to the aircraft it also includes a map replica of the aircraft and your specific room in the aircraft. Then soon after you put your bag under your computer secured bed cabinet, you take a nap leaving the 21” HD  super thin LCD wall mount PC, open in front of you also capable of surfing the net, receiving your plane GPS position, broadcasting airplane safety precautions, advertisements and some services. It also has a unique feature like Bluetooth, USB inlet, IR and a video camera. After a few minutes you hear a voice from the wall mount PC; broadcasting early recorded computer generated safety precautions, airline advertisements, a simple crew messages, tourist videos of your destination, GPS positions of the aircraft and other services. You are now mimicking when suddenly the Computer interrupted your watching, then you saw the computer generated steward asked you to choose and tap your food preferences on the small wireless LCD screen beside your bed.

A few minutes later some one is knocking at your door then you saw the stewardess on the small LCD screen with your food. After a 3 hours flight you are now in the Philippines because you board a super fast aircraft. We already have this kind of technology but currently manufacturers are patenting it and more tests are needed to be done before it can be release for public use.

I’m hoping that I amazed your mind about these innovations that waiting us in the near future.

    Philippines is composed of three foreign culture that help them enrich. How can we use these cultures to develop our country.

    The Philippines  in the past was beautiful, rich and famous. It was the first republic to flourish in the Southeast Asia. We know the standing of our country today… Poverty, unemployment, energy problem,financial crisis, corruption and so on. A sense of responsibility is one of the most important needs in our country today because without it government will be powerless and there will be no country. However most of Filipino has this but many hard headed government officials don't have this, they are corrupt and coward. Education is needed to promote social capability to fight corruption both in the rural and urban parts of this country. People need to know that their votes are priceless and can affects their daily lives. People need to know that government officials are our servant and not our masters. People must be educate without blindness of the law, they need to learn that law are free and for every one. We must know how things are going on inside our government system, we citizens are part of this country we hold the future. No one is holding the future of this country, not even the rich people but us Filipino. 

      We must develop discipline it make our country to nourished and enable us to be organized. It can make our economy and communication to be develop faster. It enables us to show to the world that we are great country with great people. The saddest part is most of Filipino don't have discipline… Did you saw EDSA? The busiest highway in the metro manila. You can see buses and jeepneys changing lane side by side as if they own the road. Driving in the Philippines is a headache it feels like a battle whose living and whose not. Pedestrian are crossing streets of manila like their living room. Motorist don't stop on pedestrian lane if there are pedestrian crossing the road. Our way of urbanization is mess and we need to clean up that mess. Garbage are every where, our street  stinks and social services are poor. Markets are every where all under and all over… Why? You can see market under the bridge, riverbanks, flyover and overpass. Its truly only here in the Philippines.

    We truly don't understand  how to be disciplined we are mad if someone promoting disciplinary ideas on our street like our MMDA chairman Bayani Fernando. If we will act like this we will not have a better country and economy. Many country in Asia imported their cultures, like Japan imported culture from China and Singapore from Malaysia. These are poor country before but now they are no non-sense, their country is booming and economy is excellent. Although they imported their cultures from another country they learned how to furnished these cultures for their own advantage.

     Nationalism is important because without Nationalism we cannot furnished and developed our own culture and identity. We must developed our own technology, use our own linguistics, Invest in our country, use our own alphabet, buy our own products, love our own design and the most of all love what we are and what we do for the country. We should pay correct taxes, if you are a government official you should do what you should do. Be a dreamer that has a better vision for the future. Lawmaker must passed a good laws for providing social services, protecting natural environment and funds for research to find energy sources for our country. These are strategic advancement if we want to have a better and strong economy. Rebels and partisans must put down their belief and weapons to move forward for our own economic development. On the other hand government should promote better access for education, health, develop more jobs by boosting investment for industry, look for better market for our product, stop borrowing money and start paying debts. People should watch and be attentive on meetings, hearings, know what you should know, stop selling votes and be patriotic.

    Businessman, nobles and elite should put their money on charities, foundation, investments and develop a top to bottom economy. What is truly happening now is different ,rich people are getting more richer and poor people are getting more poorer. Elites must share their income to the poor people of our country they should be the one pushing for the government to increase wages of their employee, businessman should give proper medical and other benefits of their people. Judiciary system must be follow sue all law violators especially those committing plunder and corruption.

     Lastly we will be a better country that has a good economy if we will help each other to achieve what we want. Trust in our government, Elect better government officials, promote fair judicial system, promote nationalism, develop discipline, obey laws and most of all promote unity and reconciliation.

Movie Piracy affect Young Filipino minds…

    In the Philippines pirated films are rampant on sidewalks and market places. You can buy VCD/DVD ( sometimes a set of 10 movies ) on just a dollar. As a regular consumer I also buy pirated DVD for my own pleasure and I enjoy watching it even though its content is not as good as original DVD. You can buy Movies that not yet ready for playing on big cinema, ahead of the so called "SHOWING" time. One thing really amazed me that you can't buy local DVD/VCD movies ahead of its showing dates. Foreign movies are set to release first than on cinema. So people tend to buy pirated movies instead of watching foreign movies on the big screen. I saw these as an advantage of our local film maker because foreign film maker will not get much of their income. Imagine 90% of their income fall on the hand of sidewalk vendors vending pirated copies of their movies at almost 95% more cheaper and 75% less quality.  Even though its quality is not good most of the Filipino consumer buy pirated they just want to see the movies that's it. While local Film maker will don't  have a much competition for their films but they are busy pushing people in the big screen that they play their movies for 5 weeks in the Cinema houses nationwide and restrict pirated copies to be sold on the sidewalks. That's the big ideas here, avoiding foreign films competition by allowing foreign film to be sold on black market and then restricting local film piracy.

    Beyond this many advantages there are big issues here like pornography that even a six year old child can buy porn movies in the sidewalks. Vendors of pirated products  are up on their income not on the effects of their product. The Government is look like tolerating this, even though there are agency specifically for these kind of issues its effort are less to fight this big problem. You can saw malls and sidewalks market being raided for many times but go back after a week vendors are back vending again in the same place that the police and media board raided before. I'm thinking that government law enforcers are not serious fighting these problems for their not saw this problems as problems at all. They don't realized that this porn movies can be a root of all rape cases and other criminal violation. Media Board are regulating movies for mass audience they rate movies by who will watch it in the cinema and other public places as PG-13, GP, R18, PG and so on. Tolerating movie piracy on local market of the Philippines are just as good as throwing monies of the public tax payers paying  for the Media Board agency because why rating it? If a child can acquire porn or other strong content movies on the sidewalk as good as candies? 

    Imagine a child watching R18 movies or a strong content action movies, this will promote crimes like robbery, hold-up, kidnapping, murder, rape, terrorism and other unimaginable crimes in the near future. Police and law enforcer are indirect psychologically developing these minors as future criminals. Did you watch DISCOVERY CHANNEL? Their series the "Hollywood shoot out" that the bad guys are being motivated indirectly by the movie "HEAT" to promote bank robbery and a memorable shoot out incident in the US.

    Media and communication is good as a whole but being uncontrolled promote violence. I hope readers can get my point on publishing this article.

Pens do awake feelings

            Writing with pen or pencil is like performing a lonely task of communicating with our feelings and emotion. Pens do have bright side and lonely sides as the humans use them for their daily livings. Pen and pencils are use for business transactions and other communication activity but the most astonishing works of pens are literature from quotes to grand novels. Humans cannot do that by just acting, singing, saying and sculpting. Writing is the best way to express human emotion because its effects are for lifetime and beyond. Do you encounter reading a bible? Or a Quran perhaps? Why Egyptians do wrote on the walls of the great pyramids? These are the questions keep bugging for years. Heroes, Novelist, Poet and Writers are the best communicator ever. Why? Because by using pen as a tool they can awake human emotion inside our heart and open it, tell to our brain to cry, sing, laugh and many more. Almost all human expressions are can be awaken by using a single tool called “PEN”.

            Decades of years and sometime thousand passed but archeologist still definitely agree to me that the best artifact perhaps is a literary works. Because by just reading the literature itself can lessen or sometime remove thousand of work, assemblies, searching, constructing, studying of other art form artifacts found in the ancient excavation.  Reading a piece of literary work by ancient civilization can reveal their culture, daily routines, their history, religious belief and many more. That’s the most important pace of the research why they do that, who their kings and so forth.

            As the earth advances in our future, writing by pen is still the best way to communicate that through inches by inches of strokes of words can be done with emotion. Unlike when you use a PC keyboard its hard to put feelings on words because you cannot feel and see the strokes of the writer when they finish their work. You cannot actually tell how the writer thinks and feel at that time when he/she is writing the literature.

            Poetry is the fruit of human emotions; I can say that because you cannot write a poem without any emotion at all. You must in love to write a love poem, you must be sad when you write a sad poem and so on… While on the other hand Novels are the logical side of writing, putting characters all together and logically think their role to the whole story with good and bad ending of course. Well any literature has it tremendous power to sneak up our emotion, control our thinking and control our decision in our lives.

            Writing is an art of opening up new ideas, expressions, grieve, identity and so on that it can affect our society itself. A good writer can efficiently put the whole earth on its judgment day right now than a nuclear missile itself. I can say that I definitely choose pen than a rifle because guns can kill people once you put a trigger on a single bullet, but on the other side pen can destroy a whole country in a single sheet of paper. Just think, that before you can buy a single bullet you will go to series of legal matters compare to a single sheet of paper that can be acquired anywhere and anytime. Now you see the point!

            Using pen tell us different unbelievable stories beyond our imagination, from the beginning of human being on earth, it’s a daily routine of human to write anytime anywhere when they feel it right and in the needs of that event happening on their life.
